Getting there
Metrolink and express buses serve El Monte, a few miles north, with a short ride from there. Most spectators will drive — the area sits between the 60 and the 10 freeways.
Where to stay
There are few hotels immediately nearby; treat it as a day trip from Downtown LA or Pasadena.
