Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum
The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is a living monument to Olympic history, having hosted the Games in 1932 and 1984—and now set to make history again in 2028 as the first venue to host three Summer Olympics. This iconic stadium in Exposition Park will be the heart of track and field competition, where the world's fastest athletes will compete for gold on hallowed ground. The Coliseum's distinctive peristyle end and Olympic torch cauldron create one of the most recognizable settings in sports. For LA 2028, the venue will also host portions of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies as part of an innovative dual-venue celebration.
